Content Science Partners with Siteimprove to Expand Content Intelligence Capabilities

Content Science has entered a partnership with Siteimprove, the global market leader in website analytics, to enhance its content intelligence offerings.

“Content intelligence is a key success factor in an end-to-end content approach with mature content operations. The Siteimprove platform is built on a solid understanding of content’s role in end-to-end customer experience,” notes Content Science President Colleen Jones. “So Siteimprove naturally complements Content Science’s solutions to empower clients with content intelligence that’s actionable.”
With the partnership, Content Science will use Siteimprove in CS Lab, CS Brain, and CS Squad solutions for services including but not limited to
  • Content analysis and auditing.
  • Content performance assessments.
  • SEO analysis.
  • Accessibility assessments.
  • Content intelligence reporting.
  • Staffing content analysts.

Content Science will use the software in tandem with its own ContentWRX product, which streamlines assessing content effectiveness and is the foundation of content intelligence.

Additionally, Content Science will add material about using Siteimprove to two Content Science Academy certifications: Content Analysis + Strategy and the upcoming Content Analytics + Intelligence.
