Atlanta, Georgia – What makes content operations successful? Learn about the essential actions and attitudes that correlate with mature and thriving content operations from companies leading the way in an upcoming webinar.
Led by Content Science’s Founder + President Colleen Jones and Vice President Dr. Christopher Jones, this webinar will reference insights from the most recent edition of our content operations research as well as insights from across the 570+ content leaders and professionals we’ve surveyed to date.
Our revealing new content operations study is based on responses from content leaders and professionals at organizations including Amazon, Mayo Clinic, Dell, The Home Depot, and Booking.com. Participants work in a variety of industries including technology, finance, health, education, and nonprofit and cover content ranging from marketing to communications to technical support.
While the majority of companies surveyed are at either level 1 (chaotic) or level 2 (scaling) out of 5 content operations maturity levels, there are clear factors that set the most mature organizations apart.
The webinar also will explore pressing issues, such as the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in maturing and scaling content operations.
“This webinar is especially geared for leaders of today and tomorrow who want to scale their content operations in an evidence-based way,” says Colleen Jones.
“Content operations are critical executing the complex content strategies that support marketing functions, customer experience, and employee experience.”
The webinar will be held on August 23 at 12pm, and a recording will be sent out to all registrants.
Professionals and leaders interested in attending can register here.
