Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

Usage Data, Your Data, Communications

You acknowledge and agree that Content Science has and retains exclusive and valid ownership of all Deidentified Data. We shall also have the right to collect and analyze data and other information relation to the provision, use, and performance of their services and its Website, and related systems and technologies (“Usage Data”), and you acknowledge and agree that Content Science has and retains exclusive and valid ownership of all Usage Data. We will be free (during and after the term) to use such Deidentified Data and Usage Data for any purpose, including to: (1) improve and enhance the Website and for other development, (2) disclose such data in connection with our business, and (3) otherwise use and disclose such data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Your Conduct and Prohibited Uses
