Content Science Issues Q4 2021 Nonprofit Donations to Combat Disinformation
Atlanta, Georgia – Content Science has made its nonprofit donations for Q4 2021, giving at least 10% of proceeds from online products to renowned U.S. nonprofits fighting misinformation.
This quarter’s recipients included American Cancer Society and their work in developing research-based information for patients and clinical practitioners in remembrance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Content Science also donated to Pew Research, CDC Foundation, and Politifact this quarter.
Content Science Founder Colleen Jones says, “Our resolve to support organizations battling disinformation about important topics and groups of people continues. We’re committed to fighting false information in many ways, including our nonprofit donations.”
In the spirit of companies like Toms making a donation for every purchase, Content Science is contributing 10% of every purchase of these popular content education items:
- Certifications offered online through Content Science Academy
- Subscriptions to premium content at Content Science Review
Contributions are made each quarter to nonprofits with initiatives fighting disinformation and protecting truth in content.
“I believe in the power of quality, effective content. Content Science believes in it. And we’re excited to rebuild trust in it by supporting the organizations that advance truth in content,” concludes Jones.
