SITUATION

Website redesign provides the opportunity to elevate web content to enhance branding, increase engagement, and much more.

Ahead of its website redesign, CTA wanted to get all content creators on the same page by establishing a content vision across all departments within the organization. CTA looked to Content Science to train content creators on how to use best web writing practices to create compelling content.

SOLUTION

Customized writing workshops lead to shared content vision and knowledge of best web writing practices.

To be effective in our training, we designed CTA’s writing workshops to address their specific needs according to our

analysis of their data. Training included must-know web writing practices, the benefits of best web writing practices, shifting mindset from print, how to optimize content, a web writing process, and the tools to use. Participants were able to evaluate and edit their content in the workshop to apply what they were learning immediately.

RESULTS

Content creators equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to create effective and compelling content.

Our training provided CTA with the guidance and resources needed to shift their content approach and embrace web writing best practices. Content creators were inspired to rework their existing content for the launch of the redesigned website.

The workshops provided the reference materials necessary to keep writers on track and to simplify the revision process.

From Our Client

Our writers were inspired by what they learned in the training to take immediate action with their new knowledge and revise their copy. We saw the immediate fruits of our labor.”
