Content Science Celebrates 2024 Achievements in Growth
Atlanta, Georgia – Content Science begins 2025 by celebrating notable achievements in growth for 2024. These achievements represent meaningful progress toward Content Science’s goal of being the top partner for AI-driven, content-led digital transformation. An overview of the achievements is available in the following infographic.
One set of achievements relates to crossing big milestones after years of client engagement, independent research, publishing, and offering professional development. Those achievements include
- Training more than 75,000 people across on-demand and live sessions, both public and private.
- Including more than 1,000 leaders and content professionals in unique research about content operations and leadership.
- Crossing 200,000 evaluations of content in our ContentWRX product.
- Engaging with more than 100 clients.
- Garnering more than 50 awards across business growth, digital strategy, and creative excellence.
“Content Science’s achievements demonstrate our powerful combination of longevity and agility to add clients and training participants at a time that many firms, from management consultancies to marketing agencies, are losing clients,” affirms Content Science President Colleen Jones.
More specifically, these achievements demonstrate
- The cumulative effect of making incremental improvements to Content Science solutions over time.
- The compounding effect of proprietary data, such as from our ContentWRX application to evaluate content effectiveness; refined data-informed models, such as our content operations maturity model; and our evidence-based frameworks, such as our end-to-end content framework.
- Our agility as a lean organization to mine our data, adapt our frameworks, and adjust our thought leadership focus to address new needs such as doing more with less and implementing artificial intelligence at scale.
A second set of achievements relates to our productivity and influence in 2024 specifically. Those achievements include
- Releasing the third edition of The Content Advantage, which expands its discussion of AI and is earning top ratings and reviews.
- Offering nearly 40 articles in Content Science Review and other publications, white papers, and webinars.
- Forging three new alliances, such as with UN Global Compact and World Economic Forum.
- Continuing our donations to nonprofits researching or fighting misinformation.
“I’m proud of Content Science for accomplishing so much during a volatile time,” explains Jones. “We’re excited to build on these achievements in 2025 and make even more progress toward our audacious goal of being the top partner for AI-driven, content-led digital transformation.”
