ContentWRX Releases New Poll Feature

Atlanta, Georgia – ContentWRX has released a new poll functionality designed to help quickly evaluate web content from a user’s viewpoint, augmenting the current suite of robust content intelligence features.

The poll feature uses a javascript code snippet to display a quick feedback poll on selected pages of your website. It asks a key question about content effectiveness: “Did this content help you achieve your goal?”

This elicits deeper insight than a simple thumbs up or a thumbs down, a common function on other similar polls.

The poll can be displayed as a pop up on a website, or alternatively, as an integrated module. This flexibility in implementation means clients can collect feedback from users in a variety of ways across a digital experience.

“This poll feature is a small but mighty technique for getting actionable feedback about content at scale,” says Content Science Founder Colleen Jones.

The ContentWRX poll feature is available now to both current and new customers.
