Content Science Teams Up With Digital Services Georgia on Article Series

dsg logoAtlanta, Georgia – Content Science is collaborating with Digital Services Georgia (DSGa) on a series of articles about content, bringing together insight from DSGa and research from Content Science.

Content is a state agency’s main way of communicating and engaging with people. Content Science President + Founder Colleen Jones finds digital success depends on getting content right.

“Government agencies at federal, state, and local levels face unprecedented pressure to modernize— to achieve digital transformation. And it’s impossible to achieve digital transformation without a completely new approach to content. It’s time for government agencies to become content enabled,” says Jones.

“I’m thrilled to partner with the talented team behind the award-winning Georgia.gov to offer this important article series,” Jones continues.

State agencies are seeing more and more traffic in digital channels, and their content is increasingly competing with misinformation. The first article in the series, New Challenges of Content: Your Opportunity, examines why state agencies are experiencing such content-specific challenges and how to turn them into an opportunity.

Subsequent posts in the article series will outline how to develop a comprehensive content strategy and making that strategy operational.
