A veteran of the interactive industry, Colleen has led strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, boutique brands, and savvy startups.
She regularly consults with executives and practitioners about making their web content more influential. Colleen shares insights in her book Clout: The Art and Science of Influential Web Content.
Colleen has more than 14 years of experience, with leadership roles at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and Cingular Wireless (now AT&T). At Cingular Wireless, she led a team of six people and oversaw several strategic efforts across channels including web, IVR, mobile, and point-of-sale applications. Her accomplishments include a rare executive award for her multichannel work to improve Cingular's customer experience.
Colleen is responsible for setting our strategic direction, spearheading our thought leadership, and establishing our results-oriented culture. She also closely oversees each of our projects, guaranteeing that we give clients sound advice and effective solutions.
With an M.A. from James Madison University, Colleen is a member of American MENSA and the Society for Participatory Medicine. She also founded Atlanta Content Strategy and is a past chair of the executive board for CHI*Atlanta.
