Content Science Releases New Insights About Content Effectiveness to Celebrate Milestone

Content Science has hit a huge milestone collecting more than 100,000 data sets through its proprietary content effectiveness software, ContentWRX. ContentWRX uses the data to evaluate content on six dimensions of content effectiveness: findability, accuracy, polish, relevancy, usefulness, and influence.

Content Science has dubbed this milestone ContentWRX 100K Day. In celebration of this milestone, Content Science conducted a special study using the data — a combination of analytics and voice of customer — to identify trends in content effectiveness. The result is 21 insights that companies can use to make their content work better for their customers.

The study revealed surprising insights. Content Science CEO Colleen Jones states, “Until we did this analysis, we never even fathomed the extent to which a negative experience finding content affects people’s view about the content itself.” Jones continued with,  “Your company could spend money creating the most educational, entertaining, or useful content ever, but if your customers have trouble finding it, they will see the content as anything but great.
