Atlanta, Georgia – Content Science has kicked off the most comprehensive study of content leadership and content operations ever. An expansion of the 2015 study What Makes Content Teams Thrive?, this study will delve further into the success factors for content leaders, teams, processes, tools, and more.
“We gained tremendous insight from our last study, and we also raised new questions,” explains Content Science CEO Colleen Jones. “For example, what leadership style is most effective? What technology is most helpful? We also plan to learn about what has changed since our 2015 study. Is evaluating content with data still as challenging as it was in 2015, for instance?”
The study involves
- A survey with at least 100 content leaders and professionals from around the world.
- Interviews with at least 10 content leaders from diverse companies and organizations.
Content Science will make an executive summary of the results freely available in Q3 2017 to advance content practice. An in-depth report will be available to subscribers to Content Science Review, attendees of the Content Leadership Workshop, and enterprise participants in Content Science Academy who are enrolled in the Content Leadership Certification.
“At Content Science, we show our enthusiasm for and dedication to elevating content practice through doing, not talking,” says Jones. “This study is a tremendous effort for our team, and we’re delighted to put in the effort. But we can’t do it alone. We need content professionals to participate.”
